Dan has worked with Troy Innovative Instruments since 1992, first as a “hands on” original officer of Troy, then as an independent sales representative. Dan is very familiar with the medical industry and the current needs. Dan remains a very valuable part of our sales force, customer service contact, along with his responsibilities to maintain the daily operations of Troy. His primary focus is to maintain and carryout the visions of Troy Innovative Instrument’s CEO. ISO 13485:2003 Training. | ![]() |

Susan has an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and in 1992 started her practical manufacturing experience. Accreditations include: • Solidworks Certification • AutoCAD Certification • Citizen Training Certification • Dale Carnegie Professional Training • ISO Audit Training • ISO 13485:2003 Training • ISO 13485:2003 80 hours w/Process Validation Susan and her staff are always available to assist new and existing customers, with the process of making their products more economically manufacturable. |

| Tracy Stowe Treasurer / Office Administrator |
Tracy has a Business Degree. Since 1988 Tracy has worked in the financial and office management fields including; Real Estate, Mortgage Brokerage, Auto Industry, Education, and Manufacturing. Accreditations include: • Numerous office related courses of study • ISO Audit Training • ISO 13485:2003 Training • ISO 13485:2003 96 hours w/ Analysis of Data Tracy’s objective is to make Troy Innovative Instruments competitive with both small and large medical manufacturing firms. Tracy is providing all necessary resources to accomplish the goals of Management and their employees. Her and her staff’s as a first priority assist the production staff with their many daily needs and requests. Tracy is always available to answer any questions for new and existing customers, or put you in contact with who can best answer your question. |

Matt has been Plant Manager since 2001. His manufacturing and fabricating experience started in 1988. Matt's knowledge lends a great deal of quality and value to Troy Innovative Instruments. Accreditations include: • Master Cam – Verizon Advance Certification • Dale Carnegie Graduate • Citizens Program Certification • Haas Program/Operation Certification • ISO 13485:2003 Training • ISO 13485:2003 80 hours w/Process Validation Matt Coulter is responsible for a rigid adherence to proper shop controls, maintenance and calibration schedule. He oversees all aspects of the shop floor. |

Matt's background of machining and fabricating started in 1991. Matt completed the RSTI Citizens Program/Operation Course of study. Matt works diligently within the CNC department and with his staff members for complete compliance to all the customers’ requirements as well as all required inspection criteria. | Timothy Koscelnik Finishing Supervisor |
In 1995 Tim started machining, in 2004 he joined Troy Innovative Instruments and started his fabrication experience. Tim graduated from Lincoln Electric Welding School, also a Dale Carnegie Graduate. As we have previously stated, as a one-stop facility, with Tim’s knowledge and qualified staff they can finish the parts to meet the customer’s satisfaction in house. ISO 13485:2003 Training. | Ted Bouck Quality Assurance Manager |
Ted brings an extensive background of quality and manufacturing experience to Troy Innovative Instruments. In 1985 Ted began his career in Industrial process engineering and management, with most of those years in Quality Assurance. His strengths include superior root cause analysis and corrective action methodology, statistical process control, design of experiments, continuous improvement programs, and advanced product quality planning. Accreditations include: Ted is the Management Representative and is responsible to maintain all ISO 13485:2003 compliancy requirements and to ensure that only the highest level of quality product is manufactured and shipped to our Customers. |
